𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗲𝘀 “Timpani Drummer” 90 cm square scarf
size: 90×90cm Material: Silk
Until the end of the Second Empire, the task of the timpani drummer was to beat the drums in the French cavalry regiment. The square scarf pattern painted by Marie-Françoise Héron in 1961, in the center is a timpani drummer in a Chinese suit, playing the drums vigorously. The two overlapping “L” royal logos clearly visible on the instrument are reminiscent of the eighteenth century; the drummer’s mount is also dressed in a gorgeous Syandana. The ceremonial saddles and bridles used for the celebrations are like rich decorations, embellished with all kinds of exquisite edging ribbons: tethers, trims, tassels and small rope ornaments, and wood covered with silver, gold or silk threads Round crest.
